நான் Vodafone customer ஆக இருக்கிறேன். Vodafone மொபைல் customer care தொடர்பு கொள்ள 50777(Toll Free) நம்பரை தொடர்பு கொண்டு நாம் புதிய முறையில் அனுபவம் பெறுவது எனக்கு மிகவும் பிடித்து இருக்கிறது. நீங்களும் பயன்படுத்தி பாருங்கள்.

எனக்கு Vodafone-இல் பிடிக்காத விஷயம் என்னவென்றால் Service Messages ஒரு நாளைக்கு பத்து வரும், அதோடு Service calls-ம் அடிக்கடி வரும் அதை நிறுத்த START DND என டைப் செய்து 1909 (Toll Free) என்ற Number-க்கு அனுப்பி 45 நாட்களுக்கு தப்பித்தேன். நீங்களும் பயன்படுத்தி பாருங்கள்.

ஆங்கிலத்தில் ...

Most of the people dont like these calls and smsso if you want to stop all these unwanted sms and calls to your vodafone mobile network then follow these steps:

1. Create new message

2. Type START DND

3. Send this message to 1909

4. You will get a confirmation sms

5. If you dont get confirmation message, try again after few hours..

Note that after getting confirmation sms, you will not stop getting these calls, You have to wait for 45 days to stop all calls. The NDNC Registry will be a database having the list of all telephone numbers of the subscribers who do not want to receive unsolicited messages. The service providers will add your number to that list, this will take upto 45 days.
